Angel food cake topped with strawberry yogurt mousse, with a vanilla creme brulee filling. Served with whipped cream, raspberry sorbet, and mixed berries in a strawberry tarragon sauce. And white chocolate decor, of course.
And while we were making that, Chef Knaster made a little chocolate showpiece.
